Production Supervisor - Midland Garage Door

Production Supervisor

Day shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm. Monday – Friday, and occasional Saturdays.

Starting Pay: $75,000 - $85,000/Yr.

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our team to success.

Essential Duties:

• Assign daily schedule for each team member.
• Organize daily orders/paperwork.
• Investigate Quality Checks with Plant/Production Manager.
• Set and manage production goals.
• Give office order numbers of non-stock doors.
• Unload and check in vendor product.
• Check inventory levels.
• Inspect equipment.
• Monitor open/dead orders and communicate with the office.
• Fill out vendor order forms.
• Check carts after OT’s are loaded to ensure nothing is missed.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop.
• Uphold a safe work environment.
• Review and approve timecards and time off requests in a timely manner.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback while rewarding and disciplining as necessary.
• Lead department meetings with employees to address various issues/items.
• Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.
• Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality, and Integrity.

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Time and Attendance Software
• General Office Equipment

Education and Experience: 

• 3 years of direct people leadership
• 5 years of manufacturing experience
