Production Supervisor
Day shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm. Monday – Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
Starting Pay: $75,000 - $85,000/Yr.

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our team to success.
Essential Duties:
- Assign daily schedule for each team member.
- Organize daily orders/paperwork.
- Investigate Quality Checks with Plant/Production Manager.
- Set and manage production goals.
- Give office order numbers of non-stock doors.
- Unload and check in vendor product.
- Check inventory levels.
- Inspect equipment.
- Monitor open/dead orders and communicate with the office.
- Fill out vendor order forms.
- Check carts after OT’s are loaded to ensure nothing is missed.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop.
- Uphold a safe work environment.
- Review and approve timecards and time off requests in a timely manner.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback while rewarding and disciplining as necessary.
- Lead department meetings with employees to address various issues/items.
- Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.

Education and Experience:
- 3 years of direct people leadership
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
