Production Supervisor at ICONMA, LLC

• Supervise production team and report to the Resin Operations Manager, you will work to mentor safety, quality and productivity of teams to ensure goals are met through the development of and adherence to standardized work.
• Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms of safety, quality, and throughput.
• Helps to maintain the safety program to minimize accidents and injuries and to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support problem resolution with cross-functional teams, including the Quality department, Engineers, and others.

Requirements:

• GED/ HS Diploma required.
• Proven 3+ years' experience in production, and previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Worked within fast-paced/JIT work environment experience is a plus to have
