Qualifications
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for the timely, qualitative completion of basic order fulfillment. Ensures that assigned order fulfillment functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, that quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded, and that related documentation is accurate and complete.
- Meet quality standards.
- Must be organized and able to multitask.
- Willing to be cross trained within assigned Business Unit and other Business Units.
- General Maintenance of machines/equipment and reports repairs to maintenance immediately.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products.
- Required to meet scheduled metrics, standards, and goals.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists with solving work problems.
- Ability to obtain a company certification such as for forklift and trucks license and/or other equipment operation qualification as necessary to perform assigned job.
- Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and housekeeping rules, and regulations.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the general housekeeping of the work centers.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to complete routine reports and follow simple work procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Operates assigned equipment and machines safely and efficiently.
- Performs activities as an operator in the business unit to meet performance metrics.
- Inspects work in progress, work orders, and finished products for accuracy and completion.
