What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage exciting transportation engineering projects from start to finish.
• Design roadways, intersections, and multimodal solutions that make a real impact on how communities move.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable designs.
• Ensure your designs meet state and federal regulations, while pushing boundaries with creative solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, shaping the future talent in transportation engineering.

What We’re Looking For:

• A PE license and at least 5+ years of experience in transportation engineering.
• Deep understanding of roadway design and traffic engineering principles.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other industry tools.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
