DutiesAs a Program Analyst, you will:Conduct comprehensive analyses of regulatory requirements and program operations to ensure effective management and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes.Develop and implement policies to guide program management and administrative functions, ensuring policies are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.Coordinate financial management activities to ensure information and resources are available for use and reference by various stakeholders.Manage improvement projects to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency, tracking project progress and addressing any issues promptly.Collaborate with stakeholders to engage them in achieving shared goals by facilitating communication and coordinating efforts among all parties.Provide training and technical assistance to program staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.The ideal candidate will be able to start quickly and hit the ground running, demonstrating extensive experience in financial policy development and management
They will excel in designing, developing, and managing financial policy frameworks, reviewing, and providing feedback on policies, and facilitating the approval process
Strong skills in planning, designing, and implementing communication processes are essential, along with experience in developing communication plans, standardized protocols, and information-sharing platforms
The candidate will have a solid background in change management, technical advice, and supporting various program offices with funding opportunities and post-award administration
They will also be committed to collaborating with advisory groups, participating in conferences, and providing training and technical assistance
