Overview
Part Time Program Analyst:
Bowhead is actively recruiting for an part-time, on-call Program Analyst Jr to provide operations/administrative support at NAS Patuxent River, MD
Location: NAS Patuxent River, MD
Responsibilities
Schedules, coordinates and facilitates Bi-weekly Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
Updates and post information on the Integrated Product Team (IPT) SharePoint site.
Assist Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead in developing and updating program PowerPoint slides.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Support program procurements by providing acquisition support services through the collection of technical progress reports, cost, schedule, alternative and work around procedures provided by the prime contractors.
Qualifications
BS/BA with 1 to 3 years relevant experience.
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft TEAMS preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with all in the workforce essential.
Must be detailed oriented and organized and a quick learner.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level
US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
