Join our GROWING TEAM! KeyLogic's Joint Venture, KBC Energy Solutions has an immediate need for a junior to mid Program Analyst. KBS Energy Solutions is a Mentor-Protege, between BCS, LLC (Protege) and KeyLogic (Mentor). We have an immediate opening for a Remote Program Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL). The Program Analyst will support the Federal Project Manager, Financial Analysts, and Administrators. This position requires an ability to take initiative and a willingness to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment directly with the Federal client and members of our team. Strong communication skills to interact with senior level clients and staff professionally are necessary.
Position Responsibilities: The Program Analyst will provide cost tracking, project-document tracking and review, data input and analysis, and report preparation for business processes and various stages of program and project life cycles. The Analyst will create documentation and processes to support overall project management objectives. The Analyst will assist with program and project oversight and provide administrative support. The position will monitor the operation and usage of various programs to identify problems and determine resolutions. The Analyst will also work to interpret existing rules, regulations, and DOE policies. Consult with operating and administration officials to develop and enhance the program's systems, assist with documentation, revision, and/or development of program processes. Enter, retrieve, and maintain data in specific databases.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to obtain any clearance required to support U.S. government client
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with data management software, including Python, Microsoft Forms, SQL and advanced Excel is preferred.
- Ability to travel to Washington, DC, Pittsburgh, PA or Morgantown, WV if needed.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with document editing.
- Previous customer service experience.
