DutiesThe Program Analyst:Serve as Regional Operations & Program Delivery (ROPD) information technology IT systems lead under the Office Director and Associate Administrator.Coordinates with NHTSA’s IT and communications offices and ROPD to ensure that IT systems and web-based portals align with ROPD business processes and support ROPD business needs.Support the formulation of strategic plans for short- and long-range IT systems.Plans and defines designated projects' boundaries (scope) to support ROPD’s formula grant program goals and objectives.Design and implement customer service engagement plans for all ROPD-owned IT and web-based systems lifecycles.Analyze, develop, and carry out communication strategies to articulate and prioritize ROPD business needs to developers and stakeholders. In coordination with the ROPD training coordinator, develops and delivers training to ensure that internal and external system users have the knowledge and understanding to use the system effectively and efficiently.The ideal candidate possesses demonstrated experience working with non-IT offices to plan, develop, and implement IT systems that support business office needs using current, cutting-edge platforms and tools
