About the Job
Overview:
- Monitors time and effort, service delivery, and attendance documentation for federal and non-federal grants
- Partners with program supervisors to collect and revise documentation if needed - including follow-up with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assists Billing team with monthly invoicing packages
- Assists Receivables team with tracking and follow up on invoice aging status
- Tracks grant funded expenditures for compliance.
- Runs reports as requested from the data collected.
- Maintains an organized electronic filing system for all paperwork that is always audit ready.
- Supports the local teams with other special projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:- Ability to manage projects that involve multiple program partners
- The drive to see projects through to completion
- Precision and attention to details
- Ability to work primarily in a remote setting with a commitment of 3-5 days on-site per month
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
