PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- AAS degree in Business, Office Technology or related field
- Two years experience related to clerical field including typing, computer training and general office support
- Thorough working knowledge of computers and word processing systems
- Bilingual Language abilities a plus – English/Spanish
Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Front Office and Early Head Start Teams. Provide accurate information reflecting knowledge of the Head Start Program, policies and practices, to all callers and visitors. Assist with daily office procedures, word processing, administrative and business duties as directed.

Luzerne County Head Start, Inc. requires staff to possess current, valid Background Clearances (3) per state/federal regulations. Proof of Degree/Certification and Experience Required to meet the Qualifications for position.

Full Time, 12-months/Full Year
Rate of Pay: $16.26/hr
Bilingual Adjustment of 5% for English/Spanish language abilities
$500 Sign-On Bonus
