Are you looking for an opportunity to help people improve their lives? RHD is seeking a Clinical Director. RHD offers a generous benefits package, PLUS a sign-on bonus of $2,000 ($1000 paid upon successful completion of 90 days, $1000 paid upon successful completion of 180 days). Locations include McKees Rocks and the Penn Hills/Monroeville area.
Position Summary:
- This position provides clinical assessment, development, implementation, and leadership of clinical services as well as monitoring clinical quality for services and providing leadership over the day-to-day operations.
- This position also includes clinical supervision of this specialized service and identifying clinical innovation and trends in the provision of this service.
- A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.
Essential Duties and Functions:
Leadership and Staff Oversight:
- Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff including Clinical Supervisors and the Follow-up Team.
Quality Assurance:
- Assess current clinical programming and practice as they relate to services in specialized areas.
- Ensure that services are provided in accordance with local, state, federal, and industry standards that maintains high standards of quality and integrity with RHD’s commitment to excellence.
Clinical Development:
- Identify clinical trends in specialized areas and collaborate with the Program Director to drive clinically based decisions.
- Focus on creating a therapeutic environment that supports the individuals served and centers on harm and risk reduction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or human services field required.
- LCSW, LISW, LCPC, LPCC, LCMHC or LMHP licensure required.
- Seven to ten years of clinical experience with individuals in need of specialized services.
- 3-5 years clinical supervision experience required.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of DSM-V.
Reporting Relationships
- Direct Supervisor: Program Director.
- Directly Supervises: Clinical Supervisors, Follow-up Team, and Dispatch Coordinators.
