Required Experience:
Six (6) years full time paid professional experience in Project Controls work, including planning, budgeting, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reporting.
Three (3) years of the above experience as a Program or Project Controls Specialist in a government agency or infrastructure engineering and construction projects, and Project Control tools such as Oracle Primavera, Contract Manager, Unifier, Timberline Gold J ob Cost & Accounting System, or similar program management software.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Superior organizational and planning skills.
Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
