Job Overview:
The Metro RDTC Coordinator will coordinate the maintenance of records and documentation of patients according to the laws of the State of New Jersey and regulations from the Department of Human Services and Health. Oversee and maintain program referrals, schedule initial and follow-up appointments.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Track all DYFS contract programs for services rendered for diagnostic and treatment services.
+ Provides liaison to Law Enforcement, DCP&P, and Child Advocacy Center personal.
+ Maintain program stats and quarterly level of service reports.
+ Receives, organizes, reviews, maintains and distributes case referrals.

+ Register patients
