Job Title: Youth & Community Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community programs for youth engagement.
• Collaborate with local organizations to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct outreach to promote programs and recruit participants.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and participant feedback.
• Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in community development or youth services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
