Job Title: YMCA Program Staff

Salary: $18.04 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of youth and community programs.
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Engage with participants to promote health, wellness, and personal growth.
• Maintain program supplies and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in youth programs or community service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
