As a Program Director, you will provide leadership and direction for primarily residential programs, which serve youth, adolescents 24/7/365. You will manage the overall program operations of programs serving children, adolescents, families or individuals. This role ensures program compliance with applicable laws and regulations, meets reporting requirements to funders and needs to be cognizant of adequate funding for opportunities and planning of services. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field required MSW licensed social worker or Master's degree in a related field preferred 5 years of experience as a manager or supervisor. Excellent writing skills are necessary as well as the ability to speak publicly to promote the services. Knowledge regarding homeless population and housing programs strongly preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of Word and Excel computer programs to execute job duties. Service line knowledge specific to the populations served.
