Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Program Integrator (Level 2) to join a dynamic team. The Program Integrator will play a crucial role in supporting individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership by monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios within the DoD/IC environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, contract management, and financial management, ensuring successful execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance issues for programs or initiatives.
- Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial execution reports, liaising with Government Contract Managers, and developing program-specific analyses and recommendations.
- Assist in creating program documentation, including Statements of Work, Program Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Acquisition Strategies.
- Utilize program management tools such as Plan-It and MS Excel to help plan, document, execute, and report program details.
- Attend contract reviews to support cost estimation and monitor program outcomes.
- Prepare and customize NSA financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation.
- Analyze, track, and report program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies.
- Conduct data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts to present information clearly and effectively.
- Create reports to support program management functions, including execution reports, cost estimating reports, budget overviews, and staffing reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
- T/S SCI with Full Polygraph Scope
- Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus. In lieu of a degree, certifications such as Project Management Institute PMP, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or DAWIA Level II can be accepted with an additional three (3) years of experience.
- Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
