Statement: Provide leadership for the creation and successful execution
of product and program transfers and low complexity new product
introductions (NPI) across Plexus manufacturing sites and Plexus market
sectors. Lead the program of work and associated projects by working
with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts
(SMEs). Key Job Accountabilities: Independently lead projects that
involve the transfer of PCBAs, test fixtures and or systems, excess
material and or the material supply chain into a Plexus Manufacturing
facility. Transition projects will involve any of the Plexus market
sectors. Create and lead the project timeline to transfer existing
products and processes from the current manufacturer or customer
facility to a Plexus manufacturing facility. Project scope may include a
new design release to manufacturing. Manage the existing relationships
across all Plexus and customer work streams. Lead the overall project by
ensuring project success factors are clearly communicated to the project
team and guide the project team through completion and execution of all
project tasks. Anticipate and take advantage of potential risks and
opportunities. Own the project schedule and facilitate the appropriate
meetings and review activities to ensure actions are completed on time.
