Program Manager working in Enterprise Technology supporting the firm wide Data Analytics program on Snowflake
This group runs Analytics platform, (snowflake) enterprise wide by centrally driving strategy and collaborating with business unit users of the platform on best practices. (squads that run BI tools, semantic layers, ingestion of data, etc)
What are the top MUST have soft skills and technical skills?
1- Communication skills upward and across business units
2- Experience running a data platform at a large and multi-business unit entity.
3- Manage ad-hoc POC work with outside parties, legal, procurement
Interpersonal project management.
4 Ability to have a delivery mindset but with a strategic overlay.
What are the NICE to have skills
