Salary/Pay Range : $26,581.13 - $35,441.50 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.

Summary
The LPP Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of the Signature programs to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals. This is a part time position ranging from 15-20 hours per week.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
_Program Development_
+ Develop and implement program objectives, goals, and strategies in alignment with organizational mission and objectives
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and scope
_Program Management_
+ Plan and coordinate program activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of the following:
+ Eleven (1) regular program days; program days run from approximately 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
+ One (1) orientation
+ One (1) two-day overnight retreat
+ Graduation ceremony
+ Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
+ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards
_Budgeting and Financial Management_
+ Develop program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure effective resource allocation
+ Identify potential funding sources and opportunities for financial sustainability
+ Assist in fundraising and donor engagement activities
_Stakeholder Engagement_
+ Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, funders, and community members
+ Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings
+ Solicit feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve program effectiveness and relevance
_Evaluation and Quality Assurance_
+ Ensure program quality and compliance through regular monitoring and quality assurance measures

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, public administration, social sciences) is required
+ Professional experience in fields related to the position is required
+ Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in program management is highly desirable
+ Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and grant writing is highly desirable
+ The ideal candidate possesses and advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) and professional certifications (e.g. PMP, CPM)
