Objective & PurposeThe Program Manager is responsible for creating and coordinating marketing programs and strategic initiatives for the Data and Analytics Marketing team. Within each program or project, the program manager would map out all the dependent projects or workstreams, stakeholders, and relevant workbacks to reach the program goal
As the Program Manager you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement marketing initiatives and ensure individual programs are helping the company to meet broader objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Be the glue that brings together multiple stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, and Communications to ensure that key deliverables are finalized on time and have input from main subject matter experts—including yourself.Minimum 5 years of experience.Manage and communicate clear vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members. Prepare and provide clear and concise decision-making to top-level management and SAP executivesProactive stakeholder and expectation management; build up/maintain a large network across all involved roles on an operational level to support collaboration& executionExecute against (program) goals to meet overarching transformational objectivesManage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual varianceEvaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutionsDetermine required resources for the programEngage to de-escalate or re-focus high profile project engagements with delivery challengesWhat you bring Exceptional organizational and project management skillsAdaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changeStrong communication skills: verbal, written, digital, and interpersonal Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teamsNatural desire to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues Team player mindset with a desire “to win” A balanced analytical, creative, and innovative thinker Strong communication skills: verbal, written, digital, and interpersonal Proficient presentation designer Bold public speaker - both in-person and virtual Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively

The targeted combined range for this position is 117,300 - 246,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc
as determined through the selection process
Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance
