Work Schedule :

This is a full-time position, working schedule of Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm. This is a hybrid position and will work out of 600 Highland Ave when on site.

We are seeking a Program Manager, Development Administration to:

• Work with senior leaders at UW Health and the Wisconsin Foundation's Medical Advancement Group on establishing clear philanthropic priorities for UW Health that align with our mission, strategic plans and organizational needs.
• Develop and oversee operational structures and processes supporting UW Health's philanthropic priorities.
• Coordinate with front-line fundraisers and various teams within UW Health and the Medical Advancement Group to support and optimize donor engagement efforts.

Education :

Minimum -

• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area such as business, public relations, marketing, communications, development or another related field.
• Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, in addition to the required experience below.

Preferred - Master's degree or equivalent experience in relevant subject area such as business, public relations, marketing, communications, development or another related field

Work Experience :

Minimum - Five (5) years of experience in fundraising capacity or in role providing organizational support for fundraising.

Preferred - Knowledge of health care-related philanthropy. Experience working with large and/or academic health system.
