As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company

Responsibilities Drive multiple cross-functional, cross-team, and cross-organization work streams, managing projects that include third-party integration partners including full project management, creation and maintenance of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines and deliverables.Manage OKR setting and execution with cross-functional team leads, as well as drive development and execution of feature planning, prioritization, and ownership structures with stakeholders.Own communication of overall program progress and necessary decision-making with internal, external, and leadership stakeholders.Develop, improve, and execute internal operational processes to optimize cross-functional team delivery speed and quality.
