Key Deliverables:
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout any company implementation and/or assigned projects.
- Provide governance insight, structure for alignment, and process improvement.
- Organize the needed project team(s) and establish appropriate decision-making bodies.
- Drive and manage the change management and decision making process in a timely manner.
- Drive integration of company solutions within customer's system,/infrastructure
- Monitor overall program progress and provide regular status reports to Customers.
- Monitor contract execution and ensure project compliance with the contract.
- Identify and manage risk and quality assurance issues that arise
- Develop a system for issue escalation and resolution. Manage resolution of program issues, escalating them to appropriate decision-making authorities within the organization when necessary.
- Coordinate Customer and project resources and other support groups as necessary.
- Schedule and run required meetings. Distribute results and action items as needed.
- Management of onsite team-ensure regular reviews, accountability, and management (PTO requests, coverage schedules, etc) of deployed company resources
Key Deliverables:
- Executive status updates
- Recommendations on customer system optimization opportunities based on industry standards and best practices, as well as software features and functionality.
- Facilitate and collate the technical recommendations (provided by the technical analysts) regarding best practices for the use of the company Radiology System with 3rd party systems. As well as hardware, network and architecture challenges and provide recommendations to Customers regarding changes to the system structure
- Develop training curriculum for ongoing education of customer PACS administrators and technologists to be delivered through a combination of modalities provided by the company at the then-current education catalog price.
- Rationalize customer change control processes & procedures including customer change control process
- Program manager to collaborate with the customer on open issues and performance metrics to create robust identification, visibility, and escalation process:
- Prioritize open issues.
- Create a tracking document
- Document remediation plan for all items
- Collaborate with customers on format, timing, and cadence of reported items and report delivery. Program-related artifacts (may include charter, project plans, best practice documentation, change management procedures, risk management documentation, etc)
