Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. The purpose of this team is act as orchestrators for NPI (new prod intro) programs. As part of the Supply Chain NPI team, this role will be responsible for utilizing their technical understanding of the business to effectively launch new cloud solutions with a supply chain readiness framework. This role will act as a key point-of-contact for Engineering Business Groups and Hardware Infrastructure Engineering (HIFE) Groups to deliver scalable execution. As their cloud business continues to grow, the ability to deploy new offerings and hardware (HW) infrastructure on time, in high volume with high quality and lowest cost is of paramount importance.
**Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 3
**Location:** Remote - PST hours
**Pay Range:** $50/hr - $55/hr
**Job Responsibilities:**
-Working with cross-functional stakeholders and bringing your own thought leadership to define an NPI readiness strategy, including:
- Providing insights and identifying schedule acceleration opportunities
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses and other analytics to examine performance and influence decisions
- Using technical experience and product knowledge to have effective engagements with Engineering to ensure schedule, risk, issues, quality, and product changes are aligned to business and customer needs
**Candidate Requirements**
- Years of Experience Required: at least 5 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: bachelor's degree in engineering and supply chain related degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping will not be eligible for the role.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain high tech background and job titles indicating high level of cooperations and collaborations.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work and feedback from others.
