Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises all volunteers. Supervises on-site employees in the absence of the Site Director and Coordinator. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Noise Level - The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Climate – Must be able to work outdoors for moderate amounts of time.

Physical Demands
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 20 pounds.
