Programmer Analyst 6 - American Technology Consulting

Onsite Lansing, MIAs a Senior Application Developer, the employee performs a complete range ofinformation system analyst assignments including, but not limited to, designing,developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications forDepartment of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). This role will helpsupport a total of 5 instances of Accela spanning multiple agencies andadditional agencies that utilize data from these systems. This individual will be looked upon to provide technical support to other teammembers and agency customers. Serves as a Technical Consultant to the client todevelop solutions and streamline critical business processes. Supports andenhances the agencies’ business needs through the maintenance and modificationof existing Accela applications.Additional application development to supportthe needs of the client Application Development Section will be assigned asneeded, including but not limited to the support of existing webservices andclient server applications.Skills requested are JAVA, Rhino JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), relational database concepts, SVN andGITsource control, web services, and Accela configuration, scripting,reporting(includingSSRS and Crystal reports). Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (AccelaAutomation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access Required 3-5 years Experience with reporting (AD HOC, Crystal reports, and SSRS) Required 3-5 years Experience in the Accela environment with design, development, code review, andtesting Required 3-5 years Experience in the Accela environment with setting up application securityroles, best practices for security roles and FIDS Required 3-5 years Experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event,batch, pageflow, and expression) Required 3-5 years Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases Required 3-5 years Experience promoting changes using Accela’s Configuration Managerexports/imports Required 3-5 years Experience with SVN and GIT code repositories Required 1-3 years Experience with Accela GIS Desired 3 years Experience with Accela Mobile apps Desired 3 years Understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations Desired 3 years Experience with Accela Data Migration Tool Desired3 years
