the Chicago, IL office. A hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a
commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with company

Project Analyst
We will count on you to:
Develop high quality business solutions in the Agile context that
deliver valued business outcomes and informed decisions. Build
sustainable and repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the
highest standards of service and execution. Collaborate with business,
operations, and technology teams to design and deliver high quality
business solutions. Identify areas of improvement within the business
processes, systems and user experience. Manage global stakeholders in a
robust manner to drive proposed change. Create and maintain
requirements/User Stories with the Agile Methodology. Serve as the
source of knowledge concerning business processes, best practices, and
documentation standards. Drive standardization of processes, operating
model, and user experience across business solutions. Lead workshops to
identify problems, understand impact and help design global solutions.
Partner with local teams to understand nuances and enable adoption of
global solutions. Build strong working relationships and support design
of the business function. Communicate updates, risks, and issues with
the project team and management to keep key stakeholders informed.
What you need to have:
Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information
Technology and Management, Computer Science, or a related field plus
four (4) years of experience in the position offered, as a Business
System Analyst or a related position. In the alternative, employer will
accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information
Technology and Management, Computer Science, and two (2) years of
experience in the job offered, as a Business System Analyst or in a
related occupation. Four (4) years of experience (or two (2) years in
the alternative with a Master's) must include: Working with diversified
teams to plan, design, build, test, and deploy reporting solutions to
support business operations and modernize capabilities; Performing
ongoing aggregation of established raw data points into a comprehensive
analysis report using QlikSense, PowerBI and Excel; Soliciting key
requirements in ongoing reporting outputs; Troubleshooting, designing,
and supporting data points based on intended audience, ranging from
internal operations to executive stakeholders; Using Visio or PowerPoint
to create Business Process Models.
