Right now, they're expanding their healthcare team in Atlanta and are looking for a talented Project Architect to be a key player in a fast-paced environment with high-profile projects led by a newly appointed National Practice Leader.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:

• Licensed Architect with 8-10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in project leadership.
• Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide younger team members in a small but growing healthcare team.
• Skilled in leading all project phases, from design development to construction administration.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite; additional experience with Newforma and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Manage client relationships, project schedules, budgets, and workforce projections.
• Lead design efforts, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet standards and codes.
• Oversee project communications, maintain project records, and provide support in construction documentation.

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
