About the Job
EGS is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager for Direct Hire located in Camden NJ. This person should have at least 15-20+ years of P6 Project Controls Scheduling with occasional Cost Management experience for major EPC industrial projects, with at least 5 of those years dealing with the Nuclear or DOE industry. This assignment comes with excellent pay and full benefits and relocation assistance available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports development of baseline budgets and schedules for new projects/programs
- Develops and maintains a project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Supports project reporting processes as required
- Ability to help train junior P6 schedulers
- Understands progress/performance data and associated concepts and principles
- Helps to collect progress data and reviews performance trends and forecast
- Exhibits knowledge of earned value, scope control and change management concepts, principles, and methodologies
- Assists in tracking subcontract commitments and expenditures
- Familiar with scheduling and some cost baseline fundamentals, concepts, and principles
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors / Associates degree in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience
- Development of Master Scheduling for large projects.
