Project Controls Specialist - Gpac

Position responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using P6 or similar scheduling software
- Monitor project progress and performance against baseline schedules and budgets
- Conduct cost management activities including estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project delivery
- Prepare and present reports on project performance to stakeholders

Position essential job functions:
- Oversee and manage project schedules, costs, and controls
- Ensure project delivers within budget and schedule constraints
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in transportation, rail, airport, and aviation projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success
- Provide support in the development of project control plans and processes

Position skills:
- 4+ years of experience in project controls
- Proficient in scheduling software, particularly P6
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management

Base Salary: $125,000-$180,000
