Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Project Planner who can wear many hats. The ideal candidate will be skilled in estimating, guiding clients through the selection process, drawing plans, assisting in land acquisition, and making informed decisions on all materials—both interior and exterior.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Estimating: Accurately assess project costs and timelines.
- Client Guidance: Lead clients through the selection process, ensuring their vision is realized.
- Plan Drawing: Develop detailed plans for high-end remodels and custom homes.
- Land Assistance: Help clients find and evaluate potential land for their projects.
- Material Selection: Make informed decisions on all relevant materials, both interior and exterior.
Qualifications:
- Experience in estimating, plan drawing, and client interaction.
- Knowledge of high-end remodels and custom home construction.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple aspects of the project, making you a true jack of all trades.
