What you will be doing:

• Support and facilitate the daily activities of the project management department.
• Obtain and oversee the status and completion of all permits and associated paperwork for multiple projects.
• Process and drive to completion all submittal items required for all projects.
• Create all material requisitions for processing by project management and accounting to facilitate project-related purchase orders.
• Gather all information on the project information sheets for all projects.
• Assist project managers with keeping Smartsheets updated for all projects.
• Facilitate permitting efforts in multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist project managers, equipment managers, etc., with processing of invoices daily.

Experience you will need:

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Straightforward communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work on a variety of activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to absorb, remember, and properly document large quantities of details across multiple projects.
• Willingness to follow up on outstanding paperwork from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with earthwork, underground wet utilities, or civil engineering fieldwork.
• Willingness to learn processes and systems in a complex fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college education preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of similar work experience in the project management sector of the construction industry.
