Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Coordinate all phases of landscape construction projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Team Collaboration: Serve as the link between field teams and office staff, facilitating seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Administrative Management: Handle scheduling, billing, and documentation to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to provide updates and address any project-related inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any project issues and adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or landscaping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.
