About the Job
A Project Coordinator , also known as a customer service representative, performs project coordination and clerical tasks related to projects within the organization. Their duties include:
Provide excellent customer service while communicating with customers over the phone and in writing.
Act as a liaison between multiple parties to bring an installation to completion.
Collaborate with installers, estimators, and other company personnel to create a positive experience for customers.
Review customer contracts for accuracy.
Schedule installations with customers and assign installers to perform installation
Maintain installer calendars through the system
Follow up with Purchasing where applicable when waiting for material to arrive for the scheduled installation date.
Required education and experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in scheduling or event planning
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently
• Natural problem solver
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
