About the Job
Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the management of construction projects from beginning to completion. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication between project managers to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
Pay Rate: $30.00+ hourly ( depending on experience)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Responsibilities:
* Assist Project Managers in planning and scheduling construction activities.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Monitor project timelines and update schedules as necessary.
* Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, inspection reports, and change orders.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to the project.
* Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure that all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction project management processes and documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) and project management software.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
