Project Coordinator - Saturday to Wednesday shift - Roth Staffing Companies

If you're looking to gain entry-level project coordination experience, this role is perfect for you! The schedule runs from Saturday to Wednesday, with *fully remote work on weekends* and in-office days during the week. Must be open to working weekends.

Job Duties:
* Handle and acknowledge client requests, ensuring they are properly created in the ticket system and scheduled per client needs and service agreements.
* Publish tickets with necessary documentation from the client or onsite support.
* Assign technicians to service tickets, approve client-purchased materials, and coordinate equipment delivery.
* Ensure support teams are informed of additional tasks beyond standard procedures.
* Manage and support service requests throughout the process, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Complete service tickets in line with customer agreements and standards.
* Close vendor contracts, post invoices and prepare tickets for billing by reviewing costs and applying contract-specific pricing.

Requirements:
* 1+ years of customer service or administrative work experience
* Experience in billing or accounts payable is preferred, not required
* Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Info:
* Pay: $40,000 to $45,000
* Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (weekends remote - Saturday and Sunday)
* Location: Hybrid
