SUMMARY
The Project Data Analyst position is responsible for reporting data that is accurate and high-quality to provide information and insights critical to our business. This position will be extracting data using special tools and software, responding to data-related queries, setting up processes to make data more efficient, analyzing and interpreting trends from the data, and reporting trends to add business value. This position is also responsible for creating dashboards, documents, reports and presentations of data.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Clean and prepare data for analysis. This includes removing errors, identifying outliers, and transforming data into a format that can be analyzed.
- Analyze data and explore for insights to test hypotheses, identify trends, and make predictions
- Ability to query databases using SQL for extracting data.
- Create dashboards with visualizations that communicate insights to stakeholders in a visual format that is easy to understand.
- Prepare reports stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Develop and maintain databases for reporting to manufacturers, compliance agencies and data between systems
- Work with IT and system champions to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governanceprocesses
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for the diagnosis and prediction
- Identify project opportunities thru data analysis
- Define project scope and business case to do project both for efficiency and profitability
- Data analysis to determine root causes and identify trends for projects
- Develop project plans for implementation of new processes and procedures
- Leading project teams to execute projects ensuring success.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent level of work experience – three to five years of professional level experience.

COMPENSATION

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
