The Project Design Engineer will oversee the design and development of energy projects, ensuring that all designs are aligned with industry standards and client expectations. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, manage design processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality energy solutions. This position requires both technical proficiency and project management experience, offering the opportunity to shape the future of renewable energy projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project design or engineering, with a focus on the Solar Industry
- Strong experience with design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex design projects
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in energy project design
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%, and work onsite with teams
Salary range: $80K - $90K
