Position Overview:
The Project Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for technical sales and order capture of FOX Engineered Solutions. You are the face of FOX Innovation & Technologies for our clients and you will define our sales strategy, lead client inquiries internally, and secure orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect opportunities for FOX Engineered Solutions – such as centrifugal compressor upgrades, revamps, and modernizations at the client’s site
- Author value propositions that outline the commercial benefits to our clients of FOX Engineered Solutions
- Collect, organize, and distribute client information including inquiries, field data, drawings, photographs, etc.
- Review centrifugal compressor revamp offer for alignment with our sales strategy
- Present technical documentation such as data sheets, plots, preliminary drawings and commercial proposal to client(s)
- Recommend a selling price for the proposed scope of supply
- Participate in bid clarification and client kick-off meetings
- Schedule and present client meetings

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- English Language fluency
- Computer & MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of machinery design including manufacturing drawings
- Knowledge of rotating equipment and turbomachinery preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 30%
- Able to work flexible hours on occasion to support international client calls
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Experience and Education:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or related degree; required
