Responsibilities:
Design drawings for public works, civil site and residential projects
Plan production
Address comments, coordinate with governing agencies, obtain plan approvals
Prepare cost estimates, bid documents and pay applications
Assist project manager with construction management
Attend and contribute to project progress meetings
Feasibility investigation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- EIT secured or ability to secure.
- Entry level to five (5) years of experience in land development site design.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Arc GIS preferred, Microsoft suites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
