Job Title: Project EngineerJob Description
The Project Engineer is responsible for scheduling and planning construction projects, including historic renovations, new builds, and tenant improvements. You will work under a Project Manager and collaborate with the general onsite team, reviewing site drawings and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications. Responsibilities include interacting with owners and project representatives, including architects and engineers. The role involves contract document management, updating contract drawings and specifications, managing RFIs, change management, and submittals. You will also create submittal packages, which include cover sheets, product data, and shop drawings.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Omaha, Nebraska.
Work Environment
50/50 split between construction projects/jobsites in the field and office work. Candidates will be given a great deal of autonomy and responsibility, contingent on earning trust and demonstrating reliability.
