Job Details
This exceptional team has above average tenure and they are currently in growth mode looking to add another Project Engineer with heavy civil experience to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project performance for a self-performing General Contractor
- Able to prepare and present project status reports to management
- Plan, monitor, and schedule all aspects of the project life cycle
- Work directly with superintendents to maximize self-performance productivity
- Prepare RFIs, RFPs, Change Orders
- Manage all project documentation
- Responsible for ordering and scheduling major job material and subcontractor interfaces
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of construction project experience
- Municipal/Federal/Military Water Wastewater or Heavy Civil Experience Required
- Design-Build and Progressive Design Build Experienced Preferred
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook are required
