Project Executive
One of the top general contractors in the Southeast is seeking a talented and experienced Project Executive to join their dynamic Raleigh/Durham area team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about construction and want to be part of a company known for its excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client's requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the project team to establish project goals, scope, budget, and schedule
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project completion
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and manage the project team, including project managers, superintendents, and other key personnel
- Plan, organize, and prioritize project activities to meet project objectives
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide strategic solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and tools
