Project Facilitator, Lithia Springs, GA
Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, is looking for a Project Facilitator to join our Building and Construction team in Lithia Springs, GA.
What you will do:
- Be the single point of client contact during project quoting, conversion, and initiation phases of a single-discipline project
- Respond to all quote requests in a timely manner, not more than 48 hours from receipt of inquiry. As needed, work with subject matter expert to prepare quotes
- Work with the operational side of business to assure that the scope of services being quoted is appropriate for wish list provided by the client
- Identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities and notify the client of relevant services they might need or are not aware that we offer
- Follow-up on all quotes that are generated until they are resolved (i.e., converted or lost)
- For those quotes that are lost, work with the client to identify why quote was lost and provide said data to the sales leadership team for consumption
- Manage the roll-out of the project within the operational group(s) to assure customer expectations and project scope are properly understood
- Participate actively in bi-weekly coordination calls with sales leadership to assure company performance expectations are being met
- Assist in the maintenance of the sales database (i.e., data input into database)
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and sales reports
- Assist administrative assistant in report and invoice duties
- Perform client research, prospecting and networking.
- Work closely with customers and operations to facilitate a superior customer experience.
- After successful training - opportunity to meet with current and prospective customers via client presentations and participation at trade shows
- Perform other duties, as assigned
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years directly related experience with customer interaction
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Must be energized and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft
- Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel if needed
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Physical dexterity/mobility to travel via car, airplane and to perform all clerical functions inherent to the position
