Job Summary
As a Client Success Project Management Intern, you will collaborate with teammates to support client needs, ensuring advertising campaigns are executed and clients receive top-tier service. This is an excellent opportunity to shine in a team setting working alongside our talented Client Success team, as well as independently where you'll own specific projects.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with members from Client Success and other functions across the organization to support your assigned accounts.
- Work with Client Operations to update/enhance our collection of training and reference resources used during the on-boarding of new hires.
- This individual will also be asked to collaborate on special projects with other functional leads across Revenue Operations, as assigned.
What We Need
- Must be a current student enrolled in a college or university, ideally entering their senior year
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Preference given to those pursuing a degree in Project Management, Advertising, Communications, Operations Management, or Marketing
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage project tasks and keep stakeholders informed.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks or delays
