About the Job
Our client has an immediate opening for a Project Manager.Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of HVAC projects. Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively to meet project goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and field technicians. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and keep stakeholders informed of any changes to project plans
- Develop and manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure that all projects are completed within the financial parameters set by the company
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, financial reports, and project status updates. Provide regular progress reports to leadership
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HVAC projects
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Knowledge of applicable codes and safety regulations
- PMP certification is a plus
