Responsibilities:
Day to day work will include, but not be limited to: Managing a portfolio of vendor submitted incentive projects, including;
Tracking project milestone due dates
Communication with assigned vendors on submission timelines and deliverable approval status
Reviewing submitted project deliverables
Issuing project incentive payments
Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team
Required Qualifications:
Ability to manage an assigned pool of Real-Time Energy Management (RTEM) vendor projects
Excellent external and customer communications skills - both written and verbal
Must be a capable Microsoft Excel user, with working knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Graph functionality
Must have previous experience with utility and/or government incentive program implementation
General knowledge of building HVAC systems and common Energy Efficiency measures
General knowledge of common energy management strategies within Commercial & Multifamily buildings
General knowledge of New York State Technical Resource Manual, and ability to perform savings calculations using this resource
