Project Manager (Agile) - Camber Creative
Orlando, FL
About the Job
About the Role
Agile Project Managers at Camber Creative are cross-functional leaders who work with project teams to deliver established product roadmaps and launch digital products that define great brands. Part scrum master, part business analyst, and team lead, the APM owns the product development lifecycle at the sprint level and works in a collaborative, agile fashion with other members of the project team. The Project Manager drives projects from the initial kickoff through large-scale product release to post-launch optimization through successful 4-week iterations of 2-week cycles.
During sprints, APMs function as the day-to-day contact and work with product managers aligning that vision to the business interests and goals of the customer with members of the project team.
A successful agile project manager will share our love for making great products and services and shipping them on time. To do this well, APMs will need an entrepreneurial spirit, an intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action. Successful Agile Project Managers work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and drive consensus.
