About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the product, defining and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog.
- Gather and analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and deliver high-quality SaaS products.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the product vision aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
- Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product features to improve user experience and drive adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and product ownership, preferably within the automotive or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including current trends and challenges.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification.
- Experience with automotive CRM, ERP, or other industry-specific software solut
